Đại học Lancaster - Lancaster university được thành lập từ năm 1963, là một trong những cơ sở đào tạo đại học hàng đầu tại tây bắc nước Anh. Lancaster nổi tiếng trong và ngoài nước về chất lượng đào tạo và nghiên cứu. Trường cam kết mang đến cho sinh viên những chương trình học chất lượng cao, linh hoạt và thực tế. Trường xếp thứ 6 toàn Vương quốc Anh về sự hài lòng của sinh viên

Trường xếp thứ 6 toàn Vương quốc Anh về sự hài lòng của sinh viên. Đại học Lancaster được xem là một trong những trường đại học hàng đầu Anh quốc trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu và giảng dạy cùng danh tiếng quốc tế về chất lượng đào tạo. Điều này giúp thu hút những giáo sư hàng đầu thế giới đến với trường, cũng có nghĩa là các chuyên khoa có thể đưa đến cho sinh viên những giáo trình tiên tiến, cập nhật cùng sự định hướng của những chuyên gia hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực của mình.
 
TẠI SAO NÊN HỌC TẠI ĐẠI HỌC LANCASTER?
 
1. Chương trình đào tạo hàng đầu thế giới
 
Trường xếp thứ 10 tại Anh theo bình chọn của The Times 2010. Một số chuyên ngành của trường được đánh giá cao, nằm trong Top 10 theo bình chọn của Times Good University Guide 2010: Tài chính, Kế toán, Kinh Tế, Truyền thông, Nghệ thuật, Thiết kế, ...trong đó chuyên ngành Tài chính Kế toán xếp thứ 6 và Kinh tế xếp thứ 8 toàn Anh quốc. Khoa kinh doanh của trường được xếp hạng nhất tại Anh Quốc.  Theo The Sunday Times đã nhận định Lancaster là một trong những trường Đại học tốt nhất Vương Quốc Anh về giảng dạy. Ngoài ra trường cũng nằm trong danh sách 200 trường Đại học hàng đầu của thế giới (theo The Times). Khoa kinh doanh của trường được xếp hạng nhất tại UK.
 
2. Chuyên ngành đào tạo đa dạng được đánh giá cao
 
17 chuyên ngành khác nhau của trường được xếp vào nhóm 10 dẫn đầu, trong đó bao gồm các ngành Tài chính và Kế toán, Thương mại và Toán học. Sự linh động về các khóa học cũng như trong chương trình đào tạo nói chung giúp sinh viên có thể phát huy tốt cả năng lực bản thân lẫn nâng cao kết quả quá trình học. Lancaster khuyến khích tất cả sinh viên và học giả từ nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau cùng hợp sức nghiên cứu những vấn đề có cùng nguồn gốc phát sinh.
 
3. Tỷ lệ sinh viên ra trường tìm được việc làm cao
 
Sinh viên sau khi tốt nghiệp đại học Lancaster tìm được việc làm với tỷ lệ cao.
 
4. Cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị hiện đại phục vụ quá trình giảng dạy, học tập
 
Trường đảm bảo chỗ ở trong khuôn viên trường trong suốt thời gian học tập của sinh viên, đồng thời ở đây có môi trường lành mạnh cũng cơ sở hạ tầng phục vụ thể thao tuyệt vời giúp sinh viên phát triển các kĩ năng một cách toàn diện.
 
5. Môi trường học tập an toàn, phù hợp với sinh viên
 
Đại học Lancaster nằm ngay tại Lancaster, thành phố lịch sử cổ kính được đánh giá là an toàn nhất Vương quốc Anh và có mức sinh hoạt phí thấp nhất Anh quốc. Trường cách London 3h đi tàu, cách Manchester và Liverpool chỉ 1h tàu. Lancaster là một trong những nơi có chi phí sinh hoạt thấp nhất nước Anh. Vị trí trường thuận tiện cho việc lưu thông vào trung tâm thành phố cùng các hoạt động vui chơi giải trí.
